Aberdein Considine are looking for a Property Administrator to join our Stonehaven Branch. The successful candidate will provide clerical and administration support to the branch sales and valuation teams and assist with specific projects as well as other general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities will include the following:
* Preparing quotations (sale and purchase)
* Opening sale/purchase matters
* Creation of Posting Slips
* Processing payment of outlays
* Creation of sales particulars
* Preparation of Floor Plans
* Editing of Images
* Completion of paper sale file
* Instructing a Home Report
* Instructing photography
* Placing a property live on the market
* Submission onto Property Portals
* Submission of Press Advertisements
* Processing price reductions
* Supporting with inbound calls, emails and web enquiries
* Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising/sending outgoing post
* Erecting for sale boards and posters
* Logging keys
* Preparation of reports
Essential
* Minimum of 3 Highers to include English
Desirable
* HND in Business Management or Secretarial Studies, Essential
* Strong organisational skills
* Good presentation skills and attention to detail
* Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* A pleasant, confident telephone manner
