Job Title: Associate Director/ Senior Billing Manager (Industrial Recruitment)

Salary: Up to £65k (DOE) | Uncapped Monthly Commission + Comms & Profit Shares

Since their inception in 2004, our client has been a leading recruitment agency, specialising in supplying temporary and permanent subcontractors to a range of clients in various sectors across the UK. Their teams are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both their clients and candidates, and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager or Senior Consultant to set up a new arm their business.
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter; whether you are a seasoned Consultant or Billing Manager to join our client at their head office in Watford. You will be responsible for building your own database around your own division, whilst growing and managing your own team.
Our client already has a successful name in the sector across Scotland, and want to branch out their success in the Industrial sector across the South of England. You will have the opportunity to work your market the way you wish as the market expert.
You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs and ensure you are providing the best candidates for their roles.
You will be in charge of your Consultants annual forecast, overseeing your P&L, office budget and oboarding new Consultants to your team.
Responsibilities:
• Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with the best service.
• Negotiating rates and contracts with clients and candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Screening candidates in order to send the right candidate for your client’s requirements.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
• Proven track record recruiting in the Industrial sector in the UK.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have Business Development experience
