We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lockbox Governance and Controls Specialist to join our Payments Business Support EMEA team. This role is located in Manchester, hybrid working.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Manages internal and external client service needs and provides overall support to ensure expectations are met.
Leads advanced research and data analysis to deliver strategic management initiatives. Tracking and reporting using a strong Microsoft Office Suite skillset (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and making recommendations on key results.
Leads complex projects related to client reporting, governance tracking, budget, business plans and risk-related items.
Implementation / updating of policies, standards, and/or processes. Client focused mindset applied to continuous improvement initiatives.
Leads the resolution of systems and operational problems through collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders.
Resolves the most complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries.
Maintains relationships with internal teams and external vendors to identify client trends and needs; may use knowledge of client issues to contribute to business development efforts.
No direct reports but responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
5-7 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 in management preferred.
Experience in bank operations preferred.
