I am currently working with a Utilities Client on an exciting PMO Manager Opportunity. This is a permanent role that requires 3 days a week in the office.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Experience in leading a PMO team.
Team management and leadership experience in a technology-led environment including Projects, Programmes and Product Management processes.
Experience in collaborating with a wide range of teams and other leaders to define and improve processes.
Previous experience in financial data and managing budgets and forecasting.
Ability to communicate and influence both technical and non-technical teams.
Extensive PMO tooling and reporting experience.Key responsibilities include:
Strategic & Operational Portfolio Management – Plan, oversee, and optimise the organization’s portfolio.
Project Management Excellence – Implement and uphold best practices to ensure quality control, efficiency, and successful project execution.
Financial Oversight & Forecasting – Conduct in-depth financial analysis, manage budgets, and provide accurate forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Project & Change Delivery – Ensure the seamless execution of projects and change initiatives, maximising benefits realisation and business impact.
