The Earls High School is a popular, thriving secondary school in Halesowen, and we are looking for an Assistant Headteacher with the skills and experience to contribute to the next stage of our journey.
The successful applicant will have a significant presence throughout the day and contribute to all areas of school leadership. This role will have a particular focus on teaching and learning including working with Heads of Faculty to translate research into practice, developing both curriculum and pedagogy, so that all teachers can become excellent practitioners.
