We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Analysis to join our Enterprise Change Resiliency and Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Manchester, Hybrid - 3 days in the office minimum.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
* Analyzes, defines, and prioritizes the business requirements, functional specifications, and operational architecture for up to and including highly complex strategic, global programs.
* Elicits, challenges, and prioritizes requirements using standard processes and templates, and translates into functional design and use case documents.
* Develops project scope, objectives, constraints, and assumptions for a given large, strategic, multi-year project.
* Consults internal business groups on requirements, functional architecture, and implementation.
* Tracks scope and change throughout the remainder of the initiative utilizing formal requirements management principles, including change control and requirements traceability.
* Gathers and analyzes information to assist in the development of recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span multiple, global business and technology areas.
* Manages and oversees end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management, and other project documentation preparation for programs and projects of high complexity. Reports and escalates progress/issues to Sr. management, as needed.
* Develops and maintains detailed project plans and schedules projects, including goals, risks, and resource allocation. Monitors project results for significant deviations.
* Contributes to the achievement of related area objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
* Business Analysis experience within a complex ecosystem including multiple system applications is preferred, as well as some experience managing enterprise-wide programs is highly desired.
* Transformation/Process Change experience is preferred.
* Experience supporting clients within multiple lines of business is preferred.
* A structured, disciplined approach; the ability and appetite to take ownership and deliver results; the agility to take on a variety of responsibilities, self-prioritize, and pivot at short notice.
* Bachelor's degree in business or a technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
* Relevant years of experience in providing consulting advice to Senior IT and Business Management is preferred.
* Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
