Description As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will: Handling inbound calls & emails from a customer base Processing customer orders requests Dealing with order and shipping issues for the customer Collecting payments from the customers Updating CRM systems Profile To be successful in this role: A strong background in customer service, particularly within B2B. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing. A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution. The ability to work well in a team.
