Asset Green is a privately-owned strategic private equity firm that invests in projects aimed at addressing food and energy security issues in economies around the world. It has a diversified international portfolio encompassing renewable energy and agri-food production globally.
Asset Green is part of the United Green Group, a diverse, internationally family office with over 60 years of investment and greenfield development legacy across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
AG is currently seeking to hire an Internal Recruiter to support further scaling up our Manufacturing, Renewable Energy and Agri-Food subsidiaries across a global remit.
The position will operate centrally out of our London HQ and report into the Group CEO.
This is an ideal role for an agency recruiter looking to make their first move to an in-house function to support the ambitious growth plans across multiple industry verticals.
Responsibilities
* Direct sourcing / headhunting across target locations for hires at all levels, from Executives to graduates / interns.
* Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role.
* Manage the interview process, including booking interviews and providing candidate feedback.
* Liaise with senior internal stakeholders for the design and creation of job descriptions, tailoring to the local employment market to ensure maximum engagement.
* Manage all job posting platforms, identifying constructive and innovative approaches to attract best in class talent.
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle up to the time of onboarding, including offer negotiations and contract / document management.
* Creation of weekly and monthly reports and hire updates for Senior Leadership groups, utilising a data-driven methodology.
Requirements
* Prior experience recruiting in the manufacturing or renewable energy industry essential. Other industries including investment management, industrial or agriculture considered advantageous, but not essential.
* Experience recruiting at all levels from junior to C-Suite, across multiple business functions, including technical and non-technical hires.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to form relationships and build networks.
* Strong presentation and reporting skills – highly analytical with ability to utilise data to aid in decision-making.
