A bit about the role: Rowan Tree House is a forever home in a beautiful setting in Gloucestershire, the home is for a young person with complex needs. Rowan Tree House will provide the young person who lives there with a home for life. Giving the young person stability, consistency, and appropriate, care, and support, while supporting them to integrate into the community as much as possible and achieve supported independence as they transition into adulthood. As the Registered Manager you will provide support to the Area Manager (also the Responsible Individual) to help launch and run a newly established team, in a brand-new forever home in Gloucestershire. This Role would suit someone with Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager. We welcome applications from either Residential Children's or Adult care. Possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare / Adults (or recognised equivalent) is essential and a level 5 Diploma. Experience of Ofsted or CQC is an advantage but not essential. Previously worked as Deputy Manager/ Registered Manager preferred but not essential Experience of supervising and supporting a staff team To hold a qualification relevant to the work or extensive experience and ongoing professional development. Knowledge and experience of quality assurance approach to children's services. Experience of analysing data and management information to support continual service improvement and development.
