Responsibilities: Procurement: Source negotiate and purchase quality materials products and services from various suppliers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and favourable terms. Monitor market trends and pricing to make informed procurement decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions. Logistics: Coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods ensuring on time delivery and cost effectiveness. Manage inventory levels and optimise stock control to minimise carrying costs while meeting demand. Work closely with freight forwarders, customs agents, and carriers to facilitate international shipments. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency. Supply chain management: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and lead times. Monitor and report key performance metrics related to procurement and logistics. Participate in cross functional teams to improve overall supply chain performance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practise to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in procurement on logistics preferably and construction/ manufacturing industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build a maintain supplier relationships. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using procurement St management software. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
