Experience with Special Educational Needs: Previous experience with pupils diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or SLCN is preferred. Support students 1:1 and in small groups both in mainstream classes and in the inclusion area.
Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to differentiate resources, set targets, and monitor student progress.

Required Qualifications: Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy. Previous experience with young people is preferable, but not essential. A genuine commitment to learning and development is important.
