English Communication Coach for Tech Professionals
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced English Communication Coach to join the Global Tech Communication Academy team. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work with professionals from Asia and beyond. You’ll play a key role in helping senior tech professionals (e.g., software developers and sales executives) improve their English communication skills and excel in global roles at companies like Microsoft, Google, and AWS.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver one-on-one and small group coaching sessions based on pre-designed lesson plans and materials provided by the academy.
* Tailor coaching sessions to address specific challenges faced by individual clients, such as technical vocabulary, fluency, and confidence.
* Provide actionable feedback on areas like pronunciation, grammar, and business communication.
* Track client progress through regular assessments and offer encouragement to meet their goals.
* Maintain excellent client relationships and foster a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Native-level English proficiency.
* 2+ years of experience in teaching or coaching English to professionals (preferably in the tech industry).
* Strong ability to guide non-native speakers in improving fluency, clarity, and confidence.
Preferred:
* TEFL/CELTA certification (or equivalent).
* Experience working with clients from Asia (e.g., Taiwan, Korea, or similar regions).
* Familiarity with tech industry terminology or experience working with software developers, designers, or sales professionals.
