As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after training. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Burton on Trent will include:
Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client and candidate relationships
Business to business outbound sales calls
Working to targets and KPI's
Travelling to visit clients for meetings and therefore you will need to drive and have access to a car
Sourcing and recruiting temporary staff utilising a variety of different tools available to you
Building relationships with your clients and candidates both on the phone and face to face
