I am currently on behalf of my client looking for a Private Client Secretary to join a busy and hard working team at a legal firm based in the Littlehampton area.
Our Client is looking to bring in a Private Client Assistant/ Legal Secretary to join and aid their Private Client team so experience in this area is essential.
You will have experience in.
1. Preparing correspondence and documents
2. Audio/copy typing of documents and letters
3. Diary management
4. Dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone
5. Meeting arrangements
6. Dealing with post Any other administration or secretarial duties as required.
7. Sometimes act as single point of contact for any questions and enquiries.
