What you'll be doing:
Raise Purchase Orders & Invoices
Process Goods Receipt, GRIR and deal with purchasing and invoice queries
Process overtime as required.
Collate data from internal and external databases / contacts.
Utilise and maintain a wide variety of internal and external databases and Google Drive.
Actively manage and maintain internal tracking systems.
Assist with ongoing and ad hoc Projects including the mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated contracts.
General adhoc financial administration as required
Ensure work output is delivered accurately to agreed timescales
What we are looking for:
Previous experience working within a responsible busy finance administrative role.
Microsoft Office and Google applications experience.
Organisational Skills are key to this role as you need to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines.
An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
