The role will involve teaching up to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). The position is set to start as soon as possible, with the opportunity to extend into a permanent role. General duties of the Business Studies Teacher will include: Effective Teaching: Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Business Studies lessons up to KS3 and KS4. Foster a deep understanding of business principles, entrepreneurship, and economic theory. Adapt lessons to suit the diverse learning needs of students. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop a stimulating Business Studies curriculum that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving. Integrate real-world business scenarios and case studies to enhance students' learning experiences. Student Assessment: Design assessments that accurately measure student progress in understanding key business concepts. Provide detailed feedback to guide and improve student performance. Inclusive Teaching and Technology Integration: Implement inclusive teaching strategies to ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed. Use technology and digital tools to make business studies lessons interactive and relevant to the modern world.
