Our dedicated Legal and Regulatory Risk team at Fieldfisher plays a crucial role in protecting the firm by conducting thorough assessments, implementing strategic risk management frameworks, and ensuring adherence to ever-changing legal standards. What You'll Do
* Providing administrative support to the Legal and Regulatory team within Risk.
* Manage the administration involved in SRA applications including liaising with lateral Partners. Training will be provided.
* Assisting with compliance projects such as collating data for insurance renewal and SRA renewal.
* Conduct quarterly compliance reviews for Fieldfisher entities. Training will be provided.
* Managing the central Risk and Compliance inbox and escalating queries to senior team members where appropriate.
* Maintaining team risk registers.
* Collating and analysing team data statistics for monthly reporting.
* Attend and take minutes of team meetings.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent administration and analysis skills.
* Previous experience in a similar risk and compliance role within a law firm or SRA-authorised legal service provider is beneficial but not essential.
* Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* High levels of discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality
* Proactive approach to workload.
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent IT skills with good MS Office; knowledge of document management systems is beneficial.
