Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Construction Site Coordinator on behalf of a highly reputable company in the Construction and Renewable Energy industry. This role is an initial contract until June 2026 and is to be based at their site in Kingston Upon Hull 5 days per week.
The Construction Site Coordinator will join the offshore windfarm construction project and will be responsible for business administrative tasks on the site, reporting to the Site Management and Operations Manager. The Coordinator will act as a central point of contact and interact with all stakeholders involved in the project execution.
Responsibilities:
* Collect and verify different data from multiple sources, consolidate various data reports, and distribute to relevant stakeholders. Provide feedback to the data owner in case of deviations. Monitor, verify and correct reports prior to submission.
* Arrange transport and accommodation for site personnel travelling to/from Project in line with Project-specific transport concept. Organise and manage crew changes.
* Act as first face and point of contact to visitors and site personnel, including reporting, data entry, keeping visitor log and answering phone calls.
* Organise, arrange and coordinate meetings on site. Prepare, distribute, and file meeting minutes.
* Comply with the Environment, Health & Safety rules on Site. Active support through participation in toolbox talks and safety campaigns.
* Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* PO creation and budget checking when necessary.
* Update and maintain records and databases, such as personnel data/certificates/qualifications/training details.
* Execute Site administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Assist and train colleagues when necessary.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
* Proven experience as office/business administrator, coordinator, assistant or relevant role
* Previous site experience in Construction, Wind Turbine or Oil & Gas industries would be advantageous
* Business administration - Structured and organised
* Customer-oriented and service-minded
* Advanced IT Skills - MS Outlook, Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive)
* Team player
* Schedule management
* Quality Oriented
* Previous SAP experience would be beneficial
* Safety awareness
