You’ll drive efficient and effective development and customer support via CRM Sales Tool and Accolade system.
Some of your key responsibilities:
* You’ll Support regional and project portfolio on Composite, Adhesive and Tooling businesses, in alignment with Business priorities.
* You will manage and execute short/medium term Technical Service and development activities.
* You’ll develop and maintain a technical support activity that delivers customer technical support along the following axis: build knowledge of customer products and applications; Provide appropriate product recommendations; Support customer’s new product qualification process.
* You will be a key contributor to the development of the scientific expertise of Composite, Adhesive and Tooling businesses.
* You’ll translate customer requirements and application needs into direct product solutions in target markets and applications. Implementing new products at customers in close cooperation with other functions (sales, marketing, R&D, and manufacturing)
What do I need to be successful in this role?
* We’d love for you to hold a degree or equivalent in Chemistry or a related subject.
* You hold experience of scaling polymer manufacture to pilot and production scales.
* You have a strong understanding of the practical application of commonly used composite manufacturing techniques and processes
* You’re adept at working within a laboratory environment with previous experience in providing technical support to the businesses and their customers.
* You are a strong communicator, someone who can clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels both verbally and in writing.
