JOIN US WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re on the hunt for a Data & Insights Analyst to join our team, working on an exciting global automotive account. You’ll be key to ensuring the success of social-oriented campaigns and always-on creative – performance oriented, you’ll use data to guide our continued improvement and opportunity identification. You’ll be the client’s go-to for all things data and analytics, with the support of an excellent creative and account team around you. WHAT YOU DO You are an expert in social and digital data – you know how to take data exports and turn them into insights and compelling reports. You are solution and insight oriented, turning numbers into ideas and performance enhancement recommendations. You monitor and analyse real time data, building dashboards using google sheets and other tools You build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and colleagues, acting as a strategic partner and trusted consultant. You partner with the Account Management and Paid Social Strat team to provide insight and analysis on campaigns, and identify opportunities for greater effectiveness WHO YOU ARE Minimum 2 years in a similar role. Experienced with social analysis tools, advanced excel & google sheet skills. SQL experience a plus. Comfortable being client facing and presenting – to both clients and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You’re an absolute expert when it comes to social analysis, you know the channels inside out, and what ‘great’ looks like. You have a genuine passion for social, and actively stay abreast of trends and social platform changes, and inspire, inform and guide the team accordingly. You are process oriented with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You’re happy to travel to meetings when required (mostly in Munich – likely once a month). You have experience working in a multicultural team, with team members and colleagues in other markets. You have excellent written and spoken English, proficiency in German is a huge plus. And last but not least… You have an active interest in the automotive sector. WHAT TO EXPECT Exposure to senior global clients.
