About the Role: This permanent part-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking on a wide range of responsibilities. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of office operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior managers with preparing spreadsheets and documentation. Prepare and distribute holiday period schedules. Monitor and update calendars and schedules. Organise events, meal bookings, and facility setups. Act as the main point of contact for external partners and coordinate projects. Handle phone and email enquiries, relaying messages promptly. Welcome visitors and inform relevant staff of their arrival. Manage incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate delivery services. Maintain office supplies and manage stock levels. Coordinate bookings for vehicles, contractors, and events. Record and monitor maintenance requests to ensure timely completion. Oversee key management, including issuing and tracking keys. Manage company vehicles, arranging servicing, MOTs, and repairs. Procure office items, uniforms, and other essentials. Arrange travel bookings for staff through preferred providers. Raise IT support tickets and manage account setups for new staff. Order and configure IT equipment for new employees. Ensure telephone systems are allocated for staff use. Process invoices and maintain financial records. Prepare monthly overtime reports and usage fee calculations. Additional Duties: Update internal directories and support event-related tasks. Assist with sending invitations and organising supplies for events. Perform other reasonable duties as required by the team or management. About You: Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Intermediate Word and Excel skills. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while supporting a team effectively. Must be a driver with access to your own transport due to the office location.
