We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced accident repair technician to join us as a Panel Beater at our state of the art Sheffield site. About The Role As a panel beater with Steer, you will play a crucial role in the accident repair process, restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will repair and replace body components on damaged vehicles, working diligently to meet BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards, ensuring the highest quality repairs. Key Responsibilities: Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components. Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results. Ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail for all repairs. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve site targets. Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times. About You Our ideal candidate will have: Significant experience as a panel beater or multiskilled technician from an accident repair background. Strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work. The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and repair damage efficiently. Ideally, you will be ATA/NVQ qualified, and we're committed to supporting you in renewing these to further enhance your skills and expertise.
