Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth by developing new and existing accounts in the MICE, Business Group, Meetings, and Wedding sectors.
About the role:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of local and national accounts, identifying and converting new business leads.
* Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and client engagement evenings.
* Collaborate with the Sales Office Manager and wider sales team to drive business growth.
* Analyse reports and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
* Work closely with Hilton AOS and HWS to maximise cross-sell opportunities.
* Oversee CRM systems, social media, marketing, and PR strategies in alignment with brand standards.
* Partner with the Food & Beverage team to enhance awareness and sales in the local market.
* Drive sales culture within the hotel and support community and charity initiatives.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through direct engagement, feedback collection, and service enhancement.
* Maintain GDPR compliance and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and guest security.
About you:
* Proven experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* A track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting, and market analysis.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to business needs.
