Customer Service Executive Location: York City Centre Job Type: Full-time Salary: £25,355 Working Hours: Full-time - Mon-Fri 9-5.30 you will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends with a day off in lieu for either day. Look no further We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Customer Service Executive who will play a key role in delivering first-rate experiences to over 50,000 customers who use our client each year. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer satisfaction Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the first point of contact for customer support before and during tours. Handle both inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to email enquiries. Issue booking confirmations and process web bookings. Resolve various customer queries and support the administration of holiday cancellations. Discuss alternative travel options with customers and book UK travel requirements to enhance their experience. Arrange necessary travel visas and conduct mobility checks to meet customers’ expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service environment. A strong desire and passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop strong relationships quickly. Capability to work to tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrable enthusiasm for travel and creative problem-solving skills. Effective time management and prioritisation skills. Flexibility to handle various tasks and activities and support other teams as needed.
