Supply Team Leader – Clothing Stores

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Logistics team as a Supply Team Leader for the Clothing Stores. You will be responsible for the distribution, handling, and stock control of clothing and materials, helping to sustain a modern Whole Force team. You will work alongside Serco and RAF colleagues to achieve the daily operational output within the storage area to help distribute clothes.
As part of the duties, there is an opportunity to receive on-call payments for being on standby to attend out of hours operational customer requests for clothing. This attracts on-call payments as well as overtime for the hours on duty.
* Storekeeping and day-to-day management of stock
* Arranging clothing pick-ups with staff
* Ensure the section is correctly resourced, including managing holiday requests.
* First line management responsibility of Clothing Stores staff
* Be the point of immediate escalation for any customer or team concerns, dealing with these concerns swiftly and professionally, engaging with the Logistics & Supply Manager

* Must be a team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
* Be able to use basic IT systems
