We offer £16.82 - £19.89 per hour.

We are fortunate to have a full MDT as part of our core team in Fieldbay. The team includes Advanced Practitioners trained in Manual Handling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Positive Behavioural Management (PBM) and Fundamentals of Care. We also have Speech and Language Therapists (SALT) and access to a Consultant Psychiatrist, Neuro-Psychologist and assistant Psychologists.
Our aim is to maintain and where possible, improve the overall independence levels of the people we support, through rehabilitation (if appropriate), stimulation and social integration so everyone can live their best life.
What’s involved
1. Assess each resident's physical, psychological and social needs and develop a care plan considering the lifestyle, gender and background of the people we care for, involving the patient, family and multi-disciplinary team.
2. Continuously evaluate care needs with other members of the nursing team and ensure that care plans and records are up-to-date and accurate.
3. Provide daily visits to assess individual needs and assist service users to maximize their comfort, dignity and independence.
4. Lead a multi-disciplinary shift team, supervising staff in all respects including orientation of new staff, appraisal, training and development of care staff, organizing and coordinating their duties.
