Job Description: * Subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvals * * WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * You will report to the Head of Site Security You will liaise with the Airbus Security Management team and Airbus’ Security Partners to ensure a standardised and harmonised approach to daily activities, processes across the functional security network. You will oversee the Emergency Planning for Site by ensuring suitable and sufficient measures are in place for all foreseeable emergencies and the testing thereof. You will help to fulfill the requirements laid out in the Airbus Security directives, identifying gaps and improvements and implementing the solutions. You will help to capture all relevant risks using the Airbus Risk Management process then identify and implement suitable mitigation measures. Ensure all risks are periodically and routinely reviewed when necessary. You will deliver effective and targeted Security Education and Awareness campaigns to the staff, contracts, risk sharing partners and visitors. You will bring your knowledge and experience to the team to help develop and improve our process and procedures. Be intimate with the assets, industrial processes, logistics and supply chain of the site and be close to the site management. Manage the security systems assets and ensure that all preventative maintenance visits (PMV) and reactive maintenance visits are completed in line with security maintenance contracts. Performance manages the security systems maintenance supplier. Ensure high level of availability for all security systems Be the site contact for all Security systems and platforms deployed. Manage Fire and Security control room systems operations. Plan and manage the CAPEX budget and deliver on all CAPEX projects in line with the project timeline, ensuring earned value means throughout the lifecycle of the projects. Participate and support in the awareness of security on the site and in participation and coordination with Company Security awareness activities. Provide support to site for security systems deployment for new buildings, building refurbishments. Manage Access badges and the “Golden Rules” for badges and badge offices. Liaise with functional security network systems experts for processes and tools and support the Security Experts meetings, follow through on actions from these. Manage the Secure platform for user access. Define security systems products for use within site and ensure compliance to all ICT policies. *OTHER DUTIES * Establish and maintain positive relationships with relevant external organizations and law enforcement agencies. (NPSA, Police, Fire, Ambulance) Support all security activities and security initiatives Manage the Car Parking Processes meeting customer needs Enforce Service providers compliance against Work package agreements and Monitor and Report on KPIs and SLAs Deputize for the Head of Site Security when required Participate in the Airbus Crisis management team Active participation in local, trans-divisional and transnational security working groups as required Maintain currency in security best practices and lead activities to identify efficient, innovative and cost effective security solutions to emerging challenges. Produce monthly reports as required Conduct routine and ad-hoc security checks including penetration testing Developing strong customer relations with the client leadership team Develop effective partnerships with Facilities and EHS and all other Airbus business areas as required Investigation of theft and fraud allegations, near misses and road traffic collisions, Support all lean initiatives and in particular organise and manage go look see process confirmation and report on findings on weekly basis *Required Skills* You must have/ demonstrate the following skills: Level 5 qualification in Security management or equivalent experience is essential A background in security management with commercial or industrial sector experience is essential Demonstrable application and use of Security Risk Assessments to define mitigation measures is essential Complementary skills in risk management and emergency planning essential Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to analyse and assess complex issues English language to native speaker level, other languages would be a plus This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
