Senior Maintenance Call Handler
Location: Slough
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week
Our client is looking for a Senior Maintenance Call Handler. Previous experience within repairs, maintenance, or social housing would be an advantage.
The Senior Maintenance Call Handler role involves tasks such as:
* Providing excellent customer service to residents, tenants, and trade operatives
* Taking and logging repair calls
* Being the main point of contact
* Dealing with escalation queries and complaints
* Training and managing a small team of Maintenance Call Handlers
* Raising orders on the internal system
* General admin duties such as filing and scanning
Skills and Experience Required:
* You must have a good telephone manner, be organized, have the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
