Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will assist in the clinical delivery of musculoskeletal physiotherapy services within ateam of close to 100 physiotherapists between multiple sights and being based at the OutpatientPhysiotherapy Department at the William Harvey Hospital.

1. To work as part of the MDT to provide advanced assessment and treatment for a wide range os musculoskeletal patients. The patient caseload will consist of a range of 1:1 assessments and treatments as well as being responsible forindependently running group sessions, both in our aqua therapy pool and in our well-equippedPhysiotherapy Assist Therapy Team Leader in the planning, co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating the Therapyservice provided to patients within the clinical speciality on a day-to-day The development of integrated care programmes and discharge plan with the To deputise for Team Leader on clinical and managerial issues within the team, including line management (including clinical supervision) of staff ( Band 5, therapy assistants and students).o To be actively involved with training within the Clinicians working at this level will be expected to evaluate their outcomes, review non-respondingcases either with their peers or clinical specialists and refer on as appropriate using documentedclinical To be aware of the commissioning priorities locally.
