Internal Recruitment Assistant – Full-time, on-site in Enfield
Comex 2000 is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Recruitment Assistant to join our newly formed team in Enfield. This is a full-time, office-based role where you'll be hands-on, supporting recruitment efforts from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
* Be the first point of contact: Handle recruitment queries promptly and professionally.
* Create job ads: Collaborate with the Recruitment Advisor and hiring managers to design effective job postings.
* Manage candidate pipelines: Oversee shortlisting, scheduling, and offer confirmations to ensure a smooth process.
* Onboarding: Keep managers and candidates informed throughout and manage all necessary documentation.
* Support events: Help plan and attend recruitment events as needed.
* Ensure accuracy: Manage data entry and maintain compliance with recruitment standards.

Requirements
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI).
