We're expanding our team in Liverpool and are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to contribute to the delivery of expert capability, specifically in our Build, Operate, Transfer model, with a strong focus on Data and AI. The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our builds, by managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality resource delivery, and driving client success. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of both our company and our clients, particularly in the Data and AI fields.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Data and AI sectors.
* Project Delivery: Ensure successful delivery of all client projects, with proactivity and ownership, with a strong focus on Data and AI.
* Compliance: Adherence to all relevant processes including RPO/TS processes, client ATS systems and Bullhorn, specifically in relation to the Data and AI aspects of the business.
* Client Targets: Consistently achieve and deliver on all client targets ans SLAs
* Account Planning: Deliver detailed account plans focused on delivery and process.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements, with a focus on the Data and AI.
* Administrative Compliance: Ensure administrative compliance of clients ATS and Bullhorn processes with Data and AI talent pools.
* Team Collaboration: Support the team with all talent acquisition activities.
* KPI & SLAs: Manage and deliver all client agreed KPIs and SLAs.
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts in the Data and AI markets.

Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in account management, ideally within the tech or recruitment sector, with a focus on Data and AI.
* Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent project management and delivery capabilities.
* Thorough understanding of compliance and process management within the Data and AI industries.
* Experience with CRM systems, ideally Bullhorn.
* Ability to proactively drive results and deliver exceptional service.
