In this role, you will ensure clear and effective communication with residents from diverse backgrounds during construction and maintenance projects.
Location:
You will be responsible for covering various locations across North West London, including areas such as Wembley, Harrow, Islington, Brent, and Camden.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare correspondence regarding access, delays, changes, and resident concerns.
* Offer information, advice, and assistance to tenants and leaseholders whilst major works are being carried out to their homes.
* Handle complaints and issues via email, phone, and home visits.
* Advise Project Managers of the likely effects of capital works on residents.
* Build strong relationships with residents to ensure smooth project execution.
* Arrange and attend meetings, presentations, and exhibitions for residents.
Requirements:
* Full UK Manual Driving License
* Strong face-to-face customer service experience
* Confident, calm, and adaptable communicator
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to engage effectively with diverse communities
* Basic IT proficiency
