1. Deciding with the rest of the team the best technical solution for the challenges ahead, ensuring best practices are applied to maximise quality of delivery
2. Working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver them with a lofty quality standard into production
3. Demonstrating excellent software knowledge focused on web environment
4. Ensuring delivered solutions are develop under DevOps practices and latest technology trends
5. Participating actively in software communities inside the bank being you a key stone
6. Promoting improvements with the usage of different metrics (i.e. DORA metrics) as well as innovative technologies such as Generative Artificial Intelligent
What you will bring.
7. Excellent knowledge of Java, Restful API, Agile Methodologies and Test-Driven Development and Behavioural Driven Development practices integrated within the lifecycle of the software development
8. Demonstrable experience in application Development in both Frontend and Backend technologies using the latest versions of Angular (with typescript), spring boot (with Java) and node among other web technologies
It would also be nice for you to have.
9. Certifications – Agile, AWS Developer Associate Qualification
10. Understands Domain Driven Design
11. Experience working under Collections and Recoveries domain
12. Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) & how to leverage their reporting capabilities

This is a -month based contract role based in Milton Keynes, with an expectation of working at least days a week in the office.
