We are working with a UK-based Facilities Services business that delivers project and maintenance services to public and private sector customers nationally. Due to a number of new contract wins, they are recruiting for a Sector Director to manage and develop their North West customer portfolio.
As the Sector Director, you will be responsible for a number of key areas:
* Financial and commercial accountability for a large scale FM delivery business (10mil+)
* Leadership and development of the management team
* Ensuring contractual compliance across the customer portfolio
* Identification of contract growth and scope opportunities
* Senior level stakeholder relationship management across multiple complex structures
* Board level reporting and providing detailed contract performance data
* Supply chain management
We are looking for a forward-thinking and client-facing lead. A background in PFI or public sector FM delivery would be advantageous. You must have held financial responsibility for a large P&L and have a demonstrable growth mindset.
