What will you be doing?
1. Making & taking calls to & from customers to establish reasons for non-payment
2. Offering payment solutions to customers in order to restore non-paying customers to good book
3. Negotiate agreeable repayment terms in accordance with FCA principals of TCF
4. Quickly identify vulnerable individuals and escalate these cases with our special support team
5. Quickly identifying cases that require escalation to our Insolvencies team where appropriate
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
This is a rapidly moving, hectic & multi-tasking environment, where you need to be able to handle high volume calls
corresponding with customers in a fast paced and efficient manner. You will need to be solutions driven and have
a competitive instinct, resilience in the face of pressure with a “whistle while you work” mentality.

Note: This is a full time role (5 days) in which the team require an individual to cover Saturday shifts from 9-5pm bi-monthly and also 11-7pm shifts in the weekday (only expected 1-2 times in a week). Hours will be standard outside of this.
As part of our collaborative & agile culture, our working week is 4 days in the office and one day remote.
