About the role:
As a Sales Manager within Emerald’s Employer Of Record division (EOR), you will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business and positioning our solutions with high-growth Technology businesses. You will work closely with senior decision-makers, selling strategic solutions that simplify global hiring and workforce expansion.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for Emerald’s EOR services in the UK.
* Identify and engage key prospects within the Tech market.
* Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, HR decision-makers and other relevant personas.
* Lead outbound sales initiatives, leveraging solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
* Meet and exceed revenue targets by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
* Utilise CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and drive data-driven sales decisions.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within EOR, SaaS, HRTech, or Payroll/Financial Services.
* A strong track record of closing B2B deals in a high-growth, solution-selling environment.
* Expertise in consultative sales and strategic business development.
* Experience working with Founders, C-suite, HR and Finance decision-makers and senior executives.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
