To help maintain the efficient, secure and reliable running of company desktop and other technical infrastructure to support Hanwha Vision’s business operations. This involves installation, configuration and maintaining end user workstations, laptop computers and other equipment.
Skills & Experience Requirements
1. Higher diploma or equivalent in Computing and IT
2. 1st Line call logging and support experience beneficial
3. Exposure to ITIL best practice beneficial
4. Ability to work in a team and independently
5. Ability to communicate technical information, verbally and in writing/diagrams
6. Have a calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting and a determination to find solutions to technical issues
7. Windows 10 and 11 experience is necessary
8. Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues
9. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
10. Office Applications – MS Office + O365 (beneficial)
Location: The jobholder is required to be located at Hanwha Vision Europe Ltd, Heriot House, Heriot Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9DT. Our normal office hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, but the jobholder may be required to work outside of these hours as and when required to meet business needs, and the role will include travel throughout the region and outside of the UK from time to time.
