Job Description
* Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
* Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
* Maintaining customer records by updating account information
* Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
* Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Managing complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Strong Customer Service skills and active listening
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
