About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Content Ecosystem to oversee and optimize content operations, ensuring the seamless creation, management, and distribution of digital assets across platforms. You will play a crucial role in aligning Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and ecosystem architecture with business objectives, driving efficiency and innovation in content workflows.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, platform vendors, and integration partners to create a high-performing content ecosystem that delivers the right assets to the right audiences at the right time. Your expertise in content strategy, digital transformation, and analytics will drive measurable business impact while fostering a culture of operational excellence and team collaboration.
This role reports to the Regional Lead, MCS and requires occasional travel to collaborate with clients and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Content Ecosystem Strategy & Operations
* Develop and implement a content ecosystem strategy aligned with business goals.
* Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of DAM, CMS, and PIM platforms.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, creative, technology, and operations teams.
* Define and enforce governance frameworks for taxonomy, metadata, and compliance.
* Monitor ecosystem performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
* Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies into content workflows.
* Support vendor management and technical enhancements of content ecosystem tools.
* Establish standards for content specifications, distribution, and syndication.
* Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, from creation to distribution.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all content assets.
* Conduct content audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
* Lead and mentor a team of ecosystem specialists across multiple accounts.
* Provide training and support on best practices and digital tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
* Maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance on content ecosystems.
* Manage and optimize DAM & PIM platforms, ensuring assets are structured for efficient distribution.
* Build content workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
* Configure data and content integrations with CMS, CRM, and other platforms.
* Track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies.
* Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in MarTech and content management.
* Develop innovative solutions to enhance engagement and streamline workflows.
What You Will Bring
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* Experience managing global content operations for multinational brands.
Technical Expertise
* Proficient in Salsify PXM (or other PIM technologies), DAM tools, CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify), and low/no-code system workflows.
* Strong understanding of MarTech platforms, analytics tools, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
* Strategic thinker with a strong ability to align content with brand values and audience engagement.
* Proven project management skills, leading cross-functional teams to deliver content projects on time.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present insights effectively.
* Ability to navigate complex digital ecosystems and optimize content performance.
