Brand Manager / London / £50k - £60k per annum \n\n6 months Temporary Contract\n\nAre you passionate about skincare and ready to make a significant impact in the beauty industry? Our client, a leading are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to join their team and drive the brand strategy for a physician-dispensed skincare brand across the UK and Ireland. If you have a knack for marketing, a keen understanding of the beauty market, and the ability to engage healthcare professionals, this role is perfect for you!\n\nCollaborate with our team to support and execute the brand strategy, planning, and execution in line with global brand strategy and local launch plans.
Your mission includes managing volume, revenue, marketing investment, product portfolio, and brand communication plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nMarket Implementation: Develop and implement plans to achieve business goals and objectives. \nUnderstand market, competitors, and stakeholders through customer visits, trade publications, and research.\nCollaborate with the Sales team to translate insights into effective marketing activities.\nEngagement: Drive strong engagement withhealthcare professionals (HCPs) through educational programs. \nExecute customer education plans, including training and webinars, in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager and medical education team.\nEngage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and explore opportunities at academic congresses.\nCommunication: Implement communication plans and promotional materials forHCPs and patients.
