Job Title: Secretary / Front of House Receptionist
Job Type: Full-time, 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our team at Hill Group UK. As a key member of our front office team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a first-class front of house service to visitors and staff
* Work alongside a team of administrative professionals to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
* Answer switchboard calls and redirect as necessary
* Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
* Coordinate meetings and events, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
* Process and manage administrative tasks, including data entry and typing
* Maintain a professional and organized workspace
* Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
