An award winning law firm is recruiting an experienced Solicitor, Legal Exec or Licensed Conveyancer to join the established conveyancing team on a permanent basis. Full and part time hours will be considered. Hybrid working is available.
Solid opportunity for future development and further progression. Salary is depending on experience.
Duties
• You will undertake a variety of quality freehold and leasehold cases, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages Equity Release and new builds
• You will communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction
• Full administrative support provided
• Full final sign off of the conveyancing process
• Future development of the branch and office
You
• You MUST have a minimum of 3 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience
• You will have solid experience of managing both freehold & leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, new build, shared ownership as well as more complex property matters
• You will have experience managing a varied caseload from inception to completion
• You will be professional and able to work well under pressure
• You must have knowledge and experience using all office applications
• You’ll be familiar with Case management systems
