About the area Campus Management is responsible for the planning, development and ongoing management of UWA’s campus environments and property portfolio. This includes strategic estate planning, capital projects, property and leasing services, facilities operations, security, landscape, transport and sustainability initiatives. The Commercial and Property section oversees the leasing and management of a diverse mix of residential and commercial assets across UWA's campuses. About the opportunity Lead the University’s commercial and residential leasing operations, overseeing a diverse property portfolio. Manage and develop a high-performing team and key external property partners. Provide strategic leasing advice and reporting to optimise property performance and value. About you Substantial experience in commercial and/or residential property leasing and asset management. Proven ability to lead teams and build a strong service culture. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes. Strong analytical, reporting and written communication capabilities.
