Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, working with individuals who require bespoke assessment and intervention plans.
About the Role
This is a specialist role that requires the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, providing systemic and formulation-based approaches to support complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
* To progress the OT specific therapeutic services, addressing the varied needs of individuals, including those with autism and associated conditions.
* To work sensitively with people, resolving conflicts effectively and utilising skills in data management to inform service delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC.
* Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults/children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
* Ability to work collaboratively with partners and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
