Our Organisation:
Reliance Social Housing C.I.C (RSH) is a not-for-profit registered provider of social housing, regulated by Homes England. Registered in 2018, reliance has expanded and innovated, providing both temporary and general needs accommodation.
The Role:
Reporting to the Property Compliance Manager of RSH. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the efficient administration of the Property Compliance department.
Key elements of the role include:
1. Written / verbal communication with the managing agents / external organisations
2. Maintain the inspection scheduling calendars
3. Managing and recording of Compliance documents
4. Adhere to departmental processes and procedures
5. Updating spreadsheets and databases, ensuring data collated is correct and up to date
6. Maintain and update all property compliance information on the RSH CRM
7. General administration duties associated with our managing agents in relation to their property health and safety audits
8. Query handling and problem solving
Person Specification
We are looking for a hardworking and confidential team player who can grow in this role. You are likely to have the following key attributes:
1. Good understanding of Health and safety regulations within the Housing Sector
2. Attention to detail combined with the ability to communicate accurately and clearly.
3. Good understanding and practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge of Google Drive / Calendar, Microsoft Teams.
5. Competent with I.T. systems
6. Motivated team player with good interpersonal skills critical in a ‘people’ business
Experience:
* 2 years in an administration role
* Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
* 1 year in Health and Safety role.
