Nursery Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000

Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a dynamic team in a nurturing and supportive environment? Our client, a well-established nursery, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations and inspire excellence in childcare.
You will lead by example, fostering a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5 years. As the Nursery Manager, you will champion best practices, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, and support staff in their professional growth.

* Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years or above
* Experience : Proven experience in a Nursery Manager role within a nursery setting.
* Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Passion for Early Education : A passion for early childhood education and the ability to inspire others.
* Communication Expertise : Excellent communication skills, both with staff and parents.
* Regulatory Knowledge : A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in early years education.
* Operational Experience : Experience in managing budgets and operational planning.

Your day-to-day
* Child Safety and Development : Oversee the care, safety, and overall development of children within the nursery.
* Team Leadership; Lead and motivate the nursery team, conducting staff assessments, organisng training, and maintaining high standards of practice.
* Parent and Carer Engagement : Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging engagement and communication.
* Activity Planning : Plan and implement group and individual activities to meet children’s needs and development goals.
* Ofsted Excellence : Aim for and maintain an outstanding Ofsted rating by developing and executing strategic plans.
* Policy Implementation : Stay updated on early years' developments and implement relevant policies and practices.
* Health and Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations at all times.
