My client is a Global Consulting and IT Services business, looking to hire a Sales Director to lead their UK team.
The company has enjoyed both organic and acquisitive growth over the last year, and as a result are looking to build out their leadership team to not only manage but propel the territory forward. It is an incredibly exciting time to join the company, and particularly the UK team!
You will take ownership for driving revenue and increasing profitability. In addition to this, you will be leading and mentoring a high achieving sales team, whilst overseeing complex client relationships and taking a hands on approach in critical strategic deals.
The successful candidate must have a wealth of experience within the IT/ Business Services industry. You must also have strong experience in both managing and developing teams.
