Business Change Manager
Role Description:
The Business Change Manager will play a vital role and will ensure that the implementation of the UK Commercial Transformation Programme is successfully managed from a business perspective.
Key Accountabilities:
* Creating a robust framework for implementing a series of transitional changes that move the organisation towards the desired end-state
* Focusing on all aspects of the changes, including organisation, people, process and platform
* Bringing the changes to life for all stakeholders
* Identifying training and communications needs
* Delivering the changes through the framework to support the realisation of business benefits
* Managing changes to agreed timelines and budget
Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience in a business change environment in progressively larger and more complex/high impact change programmes, with technical depth in:
* change management
* business transformation
* strategy development and implementation
* organisational design
* A deep understanding of change management methodologies including:
* change delivery approaches
* change impact assessment
* cultural and behavioural change
* Programme and project delivery, with extensive experience of leading teams and developing individuals
* Excellent relationship building / influencing skills with stakeholders at a senior level
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
