Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Handler to manage complaints, handle claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely and accurate solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of legal and insurance processes and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

The Role:
* Assessing and managing a caseload of claims, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution within deadlines.
* Investigating claims thoroughly, gathering all relevant evidence and documentation.
* Responding to complaints received by the firm professionally and efficiently.
* Resolving disputes effectively and escalate complex matters when necessary.
* Collaborating with internal legal teams to ensure claims are aligned with regulatory and policy requirements.
To Qualify:
* Must have more than 5 years of experience in claims handling, ideally within a law firm or insurance environment.
* Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures and relevant legal principles.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheet and other legal research tools.
* Professional demeanour and the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
