Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Handler to manage complaints, handle claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely and accurate solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of legal and insurance processes and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

The Role:
1. Assessing and managing a caseload of claims, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution within deadlines.
2. Investigating claims thoroughly, gathering all relevant evidence and documentation.
3. Responding to complaints received by the firm professionally and efficiently.
4. Resolving disputes effectively and escalating complex matters when necessary.
5. Collaborating with internal legal teams to ensure claims are aligned with regulatory and policy requirements.
To Qualify:
1. Must have more than 5 years of experience in claims handling, ideally within a law firm or insurance environment.
2. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures and relevant legal principles.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheet and other legal research tools.
5. Professional demeanour and the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
