Starting salary from £30,000 per annum however this is negotiable pending experience and current earnings (applicants on a higher wage are encouraged to apply!).

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive Car Dealership in the Truro area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:15am-5:15pm with a half-hour lunch.
Salary: Up to £30,000 with OTE £35,000.
Duties of a Workshop Controller:
1. Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
2. Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
3. Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
4. Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
5. Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
The Successful Workshop Controller will:
1. Have a previous working experience within a similar role; or be working as a Vehicle Technician and looking to take the next step in their career
2. Strong Leadership skills
3. A full and valid UK Driving Licence
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
